Can you preform a legal handfasting?

I'm am in search of a Priest or Priestess who can preform a legal handfasting in Missouri. I have just under a year to locate the perfect person for the ceremony which is scheduled for September 21, 2010. So if any of you out there know someone, send them my way please.
