The Dark Moon is a good time to connect with yourself as well as the 'darker deities' such as Hecate.
It is a very good time to ask for increased personal power.
Meditations are optimum at this time.
I invite you to take a good look into yourself and learn new things!
If you don't work with a dark deity then, in my opinion, this last dark moon of the year would be the perfect time to search and possibly find one that you 'click' with.
If none of this resonates with you then might I suggest a moonbathing experience.

Comment by Sharon on November 12, 2009 at 8:11pm - I would but I don't have a way to do that right now...I just use large rocks and made a Y and leave my offerings and hold circle up in my garden. It can large or samll, I did move my Y down closer to the house during the winter months as it is a mud mess in the garden area during the rains of Western Washington.
